Service Overview
FoodNearMe.fit provides a personalized meal planning service based on the information you submit through your intake. Plans are designed to support everyday meal planning using your stated preferences, household details, time availability, and budget considerations.
FoodNearMe.fit is not a meal kit, grocery delivery service, or medical nutrition provider. The service offers planning support only.
Eligibility and Use
You must be at least 18 years old to use FoodNearMe.fit.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during intake and acknowledge that the quality of your plan depends on the accuracy of the information you submit.
FoodNearMe.fit is intended for personal or household use only. Sharing access, reselling plans, or using the service for commercial purposes is not permitted.
No Medical or Dietary Advice
FoodNearMe.fit does not provide medical, clinical, or therapeutic dietary advice.
The service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have dietary restrictions related to medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet.

Plans, Availability, and Updates
Meal plans are created based on your intake and delivered according to the service guidelines outlined at purchase.
FoodNearMe.fit provides access to planning services over time rather than a guaranteed number of plans. Availability, timing, and revisions are governed by the Service Policy & Plan Guidelines.
Annual access provides service availability over a 12-month period. Monthly access renews on a recurring basis unless canceled.
Billing and Payments
All payments are processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout.
Monthly access may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing. Completed work and previously delivered plans are not refundable.
Annual purchases are non-refundable once service has begun. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not convert the annual purchase into a month-to-month plan.
Intellectual Property
All meal plans, written materials, and content provided by FoodNearMe.fit are the intellectual property of FoodNearMe.fit.
You may use your plans for personal or household purposes. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publish any part of the service without written permission.
Service Modifications
FoodNearMe.fit reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue parts of the service as needed to improve quality or maintain sustainability.
Reasonable notice will be provided when material changes affect active users.
Limitation of Liability
FoodNearMe.fit is provided on an “as-is” basis.
