FoodNearMe.fit is a personalized meal planning service. Each plan is created based on the information you provide during your intake. This page outlines how the service operates, what you can request, and how timing and changes are handled.

The goal is to provide flexibility while maintaining a clear, sustainable process that ensures quality and consistency for every plan.

Plan Delivery Timeline

After your intake is submitted, your meal plan is created and delivered within the timeframe shown at purchase. Plans are typically delivered within a few business days.

Plans are not generated instantly. Each plan is reviewed and built using your preferences, household size, budget considerations, and time availability to ensure it fits your real-life routine.

Intake Cut-Off and Changes

Any updates or corrections to your intake must be submitted before your plan enters the build phase.

Once plan creation has started, intake details are considered final for that plan cycle. Changes submitted after that point may be applied to your next plan update rather than the current one.

This allows plans to be built thoughtfully rather than rushed.

Plan Updates and Revision Requests

If something in your plan does not align with the information you originally provided, you may request an adjustment.

Examples include a food preference being overlooked, an incorrect household size, or a preparation time inconsistency.

Requests that introduce new preferences, restrictions, or goals that were not included in the original intake may be scheduled for the next plan update instead of revised immediately.

Annual access includes priority handling on plan updates and revisions.

What FoodNearMe.fit Does Not Provide

FoodNearMe.fit does not offer meal kit delivery, grocery delivery, or branded food products.

The service does not provide medical or clinical dietary advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.

Plans are designed for everyday meal planning and long-term sustainability, not emergency or same-day changes.

Cancellations and Billing

Monthly access may be canceled at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund completed work or previously delivered plans.

Annual access provides service availability over a 12-month period. Once service has begun, annual purchases are not partially refundable. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not convert the annual purchase into a month-to-month plan.

Reasonable Use

FoodNearMe.fit is designed for individual or household use based on the details provided in your intake.

Excessive revision requests, repeated intake changes, or attempts to bypass the planning guidelines may result in delayed delivery or limited revisions.

Our goal is to remain flexible and supportive while maintaining a fair and sustainable service for all users.
