INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground beef 90/10
1 lb green beans trimmed
3 garlic cloves minced
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
2.Add butter and garlic to the pan. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
3.Add green beans and 2 tbsp water. Cover and steam 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
4.Toss everything together. Serve straight from the pan.
